They have the stacks next to the regular roulette chips. They look just about the same, just have a "25" on them. They use them for people playing $25 chips on the inside, instead of just marking up the chips as they do with people playing $5 chips. I have seen them use the chips a couple times for people playing $25's on the outside on busy tables. They have had them for a while.
