I have been mailing cheap chips in a cardboard coffee cup holder in a small white envelope for some time now. Today the clerk says this is a package. I said I have been mailing them for about 70 cents. She said who charges you that. I said everyone but you. She said today I will mail it as a large envelope, but next time it is a package.

What argument do I have? I was looking at postal rates and see one for rigid envelope. What if I use the machine from now on when I see she is at the window?
