I am offering the following Navy 10¢ Palace Club Reno chip TCR # (N4869)
shipped free of charge to anyone that can use it in their collection.
But like anything....there are a few rules:

1) You must NEED this chip for your collection. Whether you are a Dime 10¢ collector, LV, Downtown, etc. doesn't matter, but this chip is needed to fill a hole.
2) You are NOT getting this chip for resale or as a trader.
Again, this is to fill a hole, NOT make you a buck.
3) Please send me an email with a very brief description of your collection/hole,how the chip is needed.
4) I will keep the window open for 1 week. Not so much that I want to find the best story or person....as much as I don't want someone to be disadvantaged just because they weren't logged into the board at this exact moment , As not everyone can read TCB everyday.
5) You MUST pay it forward. Whether you want to give this chip to someone else, give another chip to someone else, cook dinner for the old lady next door, buy a soldier lunch......whatever you think is right. It doesn't have to be chip related.
