I got my set at Harrahs Rincon in San Diego.
I can't exactly remember, but the coins were given out but you had to do something to get them.
There were two sets, one gold colored set, and one silver.

The green Elvis TR players cards and Coke Win Finder key chains were part of the promo.
I have extra Elvis cards if you need one to put with the tokens, but they all have my name on them.
These are common cards.

At the same time a trailer with Elvis memorabilia was parked outside the casino for free viewing.
This trailer traveled the country to the different Harrahs at the time (pre Caesars and Horseshoe I think).
Pretty cool at the time.
