As far as I'm always concerned, there is never a final decision about chips that can't be reversed. If somebody has a chip that is 100% not faded, I'm not afraid to nergle Jay Sands to see if he would reconsider. There are some where he puts his foot down and will say "If you guys want to feature it, then do so". I would prefer to have The Chip Rack be on board with the chips we post (at least the $1 chips), but I've gone off the reservation on a few chips before.

So this is where I am at on this chip at this second: the chip is in limbo for me. Jay Sands thinks it's a faded chip. Charles Kaplan has given his stamp of approval to remove the chip. If you have evidence of it not being faded, show me and I will put it back in The Chip Guide and fight to get it included in The Chip Rack.
