Was the player banned from all LV tournaments, anyone we would have heard of?

Pretty ironic that Men "the Scammer"..ER.."the Master" finished 28th in the tourney..and it stopped at 27.

Surprised the king of the angle shoot hasn't been banned more often..to me, he is just as bad as Russ Hamilton or Howard Lederer..
