Jim is 100% correct on everything. If a casino company owns multiple properties and accepts a self ban, they have to ban that player from all properties. If the player is banned from property # 1 but receives an enticing offer through the mail from a sister property and then he sues for whatever reason, that mistake carries a lot of weight with the courts. More casinos are doing away with their self ban policies, they are next to impossible to enforce.
