If you set it up for free shipping as the default, you are stuck with that. People rely on the shipping calculator, and that's what the eBay invoice uses. Once a customer pays, you can't ask for more money - although you can rebate some shipping costs.

Saying that shipping is $5.60 and then saying that it is "included" if certain conditions are met was confusing to me. If you meant "free," using that word would have greater impact.

Personally, I think it's all too complicated. Even the abbreviation "BIN" is not understood by all buyers.
