TGT HAS IT AS THE PORTALES COUNTRY CLUB..
In Response To: Chip ID help please ()

New Mexico; shipped to Oscar Whitworth, Jr. However, an earlier edition of the Gaming Table attributed it to the Pacific Coast Club, Long Beach, California. That club which no longer exists was started by my grandfather and his brother-in-law after discovering oil on nearby Signal Hill. I went to the club on numerous occasions as a kid, know that the members played bridge and poker there but don't recall seeing the chips. Even though the chip is probably properly attributed to the N.M. club, I would still very much like to get one if you have one to sell or trade.
