The Surf Club and Ocean Club properties are both entirely timeshare, the Stellaris is the Marriott hotel. I do not believe it is as nice as the Surf Club or Ocean Club and hopefully not as nice as the new Ritz Carlton (also owned by Marriott, as is the Rennaissance downtown).
