Re: WEST CLUB somewhere in the UK, but where..? grin

The two plaques date to a time when Stakis bought the Wilton Casino in Nottingham, from a private operator in 1989 (about)... along with other properties and shortly thereafter, and within a three year period, had changed chips and plaques while destroying literally "hundreds of thousands" then obsolete chips from there then 19 casinos, where I can guarantee they had nothing (nothing) left... to a point where there would be nothing available... and in spite of this, if anything did become available it was forwarded to my doorstep at no cost; as a gift -- and of course, those pieces rest in my vault with full documentation when I pass them onward for someone else to savor. grin

I received your email and responded, thereafter, suggesting you study "The Gaming Table -Its Voltarres & Victims" by Andrew Steinmetz (1800s private club, UK).

If you do quote me, anywhere, please be exact; word-for-word. grin
