I suspect every one of us is on the facial recognition program if we have supplied any form of ID (like enrolling in the casinos' Frequent Losers' Club). Casinos led the way in the development of the software. I watched a TV program perhaps a decade ago about a casino investigator who worked out of his car, and casinos would send him photos (captured from surveillance) and he would run facial recognition on his laptop and tell the casino if they had a known cheat.
Now facial recognition is so common that Facebook does it all the time - and has developed a massive database it can sell.
Therefore, it would not surprise me if casinos routinely capture your face and match your name and address when you apply for a card or when you use a card at a game and build their own databases for use, sharing, and selling.
