is the big convention center in Montreal. Since the chips have no name on them, I've always assumed they were samples from some gaming convention held there, or possibly are from a private "Las Vegas Night" event held in the center. I don't have any specific dates or names though.

It opened 30 years ago so there's a lot to search if you're trying to tie the chips to a particular event.
