~~~ I see similar river boats with ribbed covering to protect from the sun and in nautical archeology pictures some are rounded like the boat on the chip in question.

I searched every combination of the letters C.O.T.M.A.L. trying to apply to tourism in both Egypt and Italy but find nothing close to match.
