snow accumulation was not to bad. the rain was predicted to change to snow at 5pm. It did not happen until 11pm. Results flooding downtown. Some places have ice under snow (us) some have slush under snow. Walking is treacherous. The good news is sun all day. Bad news is another storm tomorrow.
