Maybe it says that but we are talking about the USPS I have never been able to put in Registered number to track. maybe after delivered? I do my postage online then add the registered at the PO. (Ins too) I can track the delivery confirmation number. Keep in mind registered in the US takes a lot longer to get there being its under lock and key the whole time.... I just sent an international registered and I can see the reg # online...
