I recently picked up a variation of the Pilots Wheel design of inlaid chip. One has the handles lining up with the spindle and one has the handles in between. Not sure which is older but, the one with the handles in between seems a little more scarce. I've been looking for that one for some time. Not sure why USPC Co. would change the design. Perhaps one inlay was a better/ stronger die-cut.
