called a Fantasy chip. Bottom line, it is not a valid, casino issued chip.

This most evident by the open AND close date of the Sands.

Then the mold design is a tell. It is a newer age mold that did not exist when the Sands was open.

This chip, and ones like it, are made as souvenir and/or home poker set chips.
