(1) A $40 package was marked as "delivered" to my PO Box but wasn't there. It took supervisors close to a week to track it down, but they never told me what had happened. I was about to elevate the claim to the postal inspectors.

As you know, if it is marked "delivered" we cannot file an insurance claim or seek a remedy through PayPal or eBay.
