I recently picked up this 100F chip, it is ivory. Was thinking it is likely from Casino Palace Eldorado de Nice.
The Monogram on this document is close, but they keep the "N"
I saw on another program where they play down "NICE"

Any French collectors have any opinions/info? Opened in 1905, destroyed by fire in 1936.
