Reggie, my guess the value is based on the "Hotel/Casino" version not the "Casino/Hotel" versions.

I know 2 years ago at the convention I found 2 of them.....one was the "Casino/Hotel" and the second one was the error with "Hotel/Casino" on one side and "Casino/Hotel" on the other side (which I didn't know I had the error until Larry Hollibaugh pointed it out to me).
