You are right Don. The USPS site is for the birds...tough to navigate and always seems to forget what you asked it to do! Ahh the joy of Quasi-Government run organizations...never have to answer to your customers. I am lucky in that my local PO is about 500 feet from home, unfortunately, if I get into one more disagreement with the lady that works there, I may have my face on one of the posters on the wall.
