One has to wonder if some ebay sellers never heard of "Flat Rate" shipping charges by the USPS? For under $6 a seller can ship fifty or more chips via USPS Flat Rate priority mail.

As for the ebay star rating system; very rarely do I click on the star ratings when providing feedback. I feel that simply leaving positive or negative feedback with a comment is more important than the star ratings.
