I recently won several Ebay chip auctions from one seller. His shipping charges were very high in my opinion, when combined ($2.75 plus $.75 for each additional chip). I won ten auctions, so shipping was $9.50 for ten chips in a bubble mailer. I left positive feedback, but only gave him two stars for shipping charges. The next day I was blocked from bidding on his auctions. When I asked him why, he said that I gave him bad feedback. I thought feedback was anonymous. I guess I was wrong.
