I recently bought some Bellagio chips off craigslist, Same issue as yours...One $1, five $5's and 3 $100 baccarats...Prior to however I called the Bellagio cage and spoke with a 'Kim' and she said they were still redeemable. I hope that will still be the case for my next Vegas trip in May or June..
Being such a relatively new casino and only on their second issue I do not see why not.
