As far as I know I have never seen table games listed on any of the NV unrestricted lists for Dotty's (Nevada Restaurant Services). Dotty's started in Oregon with video lottery casinos and social blackjack is still permitted in Oregon... maybe a very slight chance for social blackjack in one if their locations. Could also be a prototype deck, maybe at one time they were considering live games at a NV location. Now if you can find the prototype chips.
