I would say that the CI logo on the MOP chip is the same as my example. And that the red (ivory? bone?) example has the same logo. (one of the 3 petals of the Fleur de Lys on the top of the I is over the C at the top and the bottom.)

However, neither logo exactly matches the logo on the document - which has the whole top of the 'I' going under the C at the top, and over the C at the bottom.

However, the example of the CI with the inclusion of 'Vichy' on the red chip to me seems like too much of a coincidence. Unless there were other 'CI' casinos operating in Vichy?

Its also interesting that you have a much more ornate (stunning!) Cercle MOP example, where the logos are nowhere alike.
