Greetings to All

I'm not real good with mold identification... Scan shows what I think are the correct mold names, (some are pretty easy, even for me), but 2 of them have me stumped.
I looked in the 3rd edition of Campiglia as my reference resource.
My Questions:
What are the two I couldn't figure out?
Have I got the rest of them right?
What other references on molds should I consult in the future?
Were any of these blanks in these colors used for any actual production chips for a casino?
Is there any value to any of these chips?

I've had these chips as part of my home poker set for 15+ years, and they got played every Friday night, thus all the dirt on them.
I bought them at Gamblers General Store, they were selling off boxes of "leftovers". I cherry picked mostly by no hotstamp, and somewhat of color. Didn't know a thing about molds back then, not much better educated about them now, but working on it with your generous help :-)
