I also sent him a couple chips in November,live value of 105 pounds $ UK and w/o tracking (I thought the customs # would,but just learned today in David's post above that it does not).But anyway I asked if he received the chips and he replied back via ebay he did.
If he was a scammer he easily could have lied and I would have had to refund his $$.
(I punched in the customs # so many times on USPS I knew it off the top of my head,and finally emailed him after a couple weeks)
