The invoice in the background is what was attached to the bubble bag. He is showing it to prove the envelope was empty when it reached the forwarding agent, not that it was later cut or inspected.
The customs invoice that my son received a copy of clearly states there was at least one (1) chip when the package was forwarded on to the UK.
The phone number for the US forwarder Angelo used is on the invoice. I suggested to my son that:
~ he ask Angelo for copies of the other paperwork included in the shipment he received and,
~ that he call the freight forwarder Monday morning and explain the situation to them. They should be able to tell Lance what (if anything) else was included in this shipment to the customs broker in the UK who eventually sent the package to Angelo.
