...it's an 11th issue from what I can figure out. Somebody somewhere must have found a stack because for years, this chip hadn't shown its face anywhere. Then suddenly, this is the 4th one to go on sale. I know the guy who is selling this particular chip; I can attest if he were the one that had the stack, he would tell everybody. As for the ones sold by the coin shop, I don't know them, so I don't know what their motives are. Hope this is of some help.
