This is regarding two chips , not one - so the buyer is claiming he did not receive either of the two chips I sent.

The buyer messaged me back with this ,

"Hi,

As I said, I received the package today but there was nothing there apart from the shipping invoices for the items. It also looks like the package (bubble envelope) was cut open for inspection probably but not glued back together. "

This latest message from the buyer has me even more confused , he claims that the bubble envelope was cut open - however I did not ship these two chips in a bubble envelope , they were shipped in a slim cardboard envelope ( just like all other chips ive mailed ). Also , I do not recall shipping any invoices with the two chips.

These two chips were shipped from NY to KY - has anyone heard of packages getting opened for "inspection" when only being shipped within the USA ?
