Does anyone here have any info on the chips used there?

There are press photos about, but have not found any chips.

I have a 1000f plaque reading: "BRIDGE CLUB" with a large "OS" below... with a serial number 02 which I purchase out of the Caro Collection years ago -- stating by the seller the plaque was from a Paris club and nothing more.

Any info...?
