Ebay is enforcing the embargo against selling modern Cuban merchandise on their auction site. If these could be proven modern, AND made in Cuba (not Florida) a complaint to ebay might put a stop to sale of these chips.

Gerardo's address is in Florida, not Cuba, so might be difficult to do anything.
