share more details. We went to casino mid week and mis day, only one BJ table open, and very few people in casino. I didn't harvest at the table, and went to cashier with a hand full of chips to cash, but stopped at the mens room, came out with only a few chips in my hand and cashed in a few chips. I guess the guards saw this or camera, or cashier and pit boss called the guards? Table min. was 25.00, I need to clarify the chips are 5.00, 25.00, 100.00, 500.00 and maybe one higher chip. All chips say Caliente and small black lettering Baja California, Mexico All chips have a $ sign, but the chips are pesos, casino gives 10 to 1 for dollar a (rip off), Why they show $ sign, but are really purchased and cashed as pesos? Crazy! The 5 pesos are used for BJ payout 1 1/2. So, no 1.00 or 2.50 chips. I have figured out your harvesting tips, and they confirm my plan. I not sure when I can go down, will meet my buddy in San Diego and be a smarter harvestor. We will go Fri. or Sat night when busy and do your plan and harvest. It is quite a trip for me 2 hr. drive each way to border, park my car at the US parking lot, walk across border (no Problem) take a cab to casino, then cab back to border and walk to US. But border crossing to US now, in a car or walking takes about 2-3 hrs. I had the 2 chips in my shoe, hope US border patrol wont't find a dozen chips? (maybe they wouldn't care?) Anyway, I might not go till Jan.2014. I have gone to the horse races, dog races, Jali, and just shopping in TJ dozens of times in the old day's (Horse track is now closed many years ago). They still have the dogs. Taking a car these day's is really asking for trouble, theft, fake accidents ect., and the crooked cops threaten, go to jail or pay a big fine. Giving my chips to the guards was what they wanted (like a bribe) I had about $50.00 US dollars. Will advise what I escape with.
