After this much time, I doubt they will change their redemption policy. As I mentioned, I cashed them at Bellagio. If you should have a problem, you could try the Bellagio cage. Don't make a big deal of it when you present them; I just said I'd had them from a trip long ago and would like to redeem if I still could. My guess is they did publish a redemption notice, but don't worry about it for just a chip or two if you look like a "player".
