We all know today is the anniversary of Pearl Harbor attack but if is also "Delaware Day" - commemorating the ratification of the US Constitution by Delaware on December 7, 1787. The first state to ratify the Constitution. Hence the name "First State" forever associated with Delaware. Once in a while we get something right in this small state (only Rhode Island is smaller),
