Bedooo, technically you are correct. The chips are the property of the casino in the state of Nevada. That is the letter of the law. Unfortunately, there is what many people would consider a moral side of it, the chips do not have an experation date, and out of state players do take them home. Is it right for this casino to take the guys chips and give him zero for them? I don't think so. If it was me, I would have went up the casino food chain as far as I could have. If the decision did not change I would contact Gaming right then and there. If they think the player is being honest and forthright they will make the casino cash the chips.
