Well David, from personal experience, if one is willing to sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury that the chips they are presenting for redemption were obtained off the Playboy gaming tables and not from the dig, as far as I know, NJ is still redeeming them.

The point of my post was that Atlantic City does not print chip redemption notices in the newspapers like Las Vegas routinely does. Other than Playboy/Atlantis all A.C. chips are still redeemable that have been issued for the past 30 years. It would be interesting to know how much the Vegas casinos are screwing people out of their money with their redemption notices.
