has confirmed with you that the chips are actually yours. Edwin's comment in his post that "If I did not get back to you after the initial sale "its yours" the chip is YOURS." is not necessarily true as it was NOT the case with me. So before you send him money, I would confirm that he has your chips set aside & that he is sending YOU the chips.
