As a seller I leave feedback as soon as I am paid. If I am a buyer I will not leave feedback if the seller doesn't first.

Having said that I don't care about my feedback rating and it is a bunch of bull anyway. I helped prosecute somebody who had a 100%
rating. In fact I hear he is back in jail now, no bail for probation violations.
