Hey Rick, I have sold items througout the years and also purchased quite abit, normally If I am selling I will not leave a feedback until the buyer has acknowledged that he received the item either through feedback or e-mail. If I am buying and I received the item I will immediatly post a feedback.
Up to now it has worked..doesn't matter if the payment is via paypal or mail.
