He got three negative feedback in last month that's why I worried about he might never put all 4 chips in that envelop and the envelop was resealed which means someone might opened it but if someone did open it I will receive nothing.
What if he planed to send only two with registered mail and claimed that he did send the all 4 chips and tell ebay I got four chips and I claim only received 2?
