Oh no, I am starting to tick you off. My bad. Now you know how I feel. Just because you sent me an email after you realized you were wrong and agreed to pay for the cards isn't the point. First of all, I am under no obligation to accept your email as sincere and second you missed the whole point in that it needn't have come to that point if you had accepted your error in the first place before agreeing to buy the cards then changing your mind because you failed to read the post. After reading your email where you were subtly calling me a racist because I made a point about verifying your shipping information again dropped the ball. I don't assume anything. If your name was John Smith, I would have sent the exact same reply because unlike you, I didn't go to Hogwarts and take a class in mind reading. You are assuming that because you don't tell anyone where you are from that we must assume you are from the US? Gee, why would anyone assume that? Nobody cares where you are from. It was a transactional request and you played the race card. And the way you put it was in language like you would speak to a child. Were you trying to teach me a lesson? I was put off tremendously by your reply. Now, I posted to this board not to trust you after you backed out of the deal, not after I got your email apparently agreeing to pay finally. You gave your word then reneged. That was enough of a reason to me to pass along the word to others that you could not be trusted. I don't feel you can be trusted. I deleted my post after I felt maybe I could have handled it better, but after reading some later replies and thinking on it, I realized my instinct about you was correct and I did the right thing to warn others about you.
Now, I never posted sold for any items except yours. The person who posted sold was Stan Pokrywiecki and as soon as I saw that I posted 'not yet' because I was not ready to make that sale. So, again, you accuse without the facts. I was not ready to sell individual cards until I could find a buyer to buy the lot. When I decided enough time had passed to go ahead and sell them individually, I got your email saying you wanted to buy 5-6 of my cards. I only then posted sold for what you said you would buy. After I got your email saying you changed your mind, I deleted that sold posting and I am sure 100 or more people plus the webmaster of this board will verify I had that posting here. Also, I never agreed to sell those 4 cards to Stan and never emailed him back after he made his 2nd post saying he passed.
On 3-5, again that was still your assumption. No seller is under any obligation to discount shipping. If the words read 1.00 + 0.50, it is simple math to multiply 5 x 1.50 and know what you must pay if you agree to make a purchase. If you had any questions about that, you failed to say so.
#6 had nothing to do with you and I didn't claim it did. it's not all about you.
#7 Again, since I didn't take mind reading class, I have no idea where you live and the language of my request was innocuous (look up that word in the dictionary if you need to - condescension provided).
#9 I buy and sell all the time and I've been around doing this much longer than you. I took the supplies I had on hand and was using that to ship the cards. Again, if you had any issues about shipping costs, it was on you to inquire before agreeing to the posted terms. How you or others ship items has no bearing on how I was going to ship these cards on this 1 occasion. You simply assumed, and that only makes you look bad, not me.
Lastly I don't give a rat's ass if you join the club or not. I'm here simply selling off stuff to pay some bills and club membership is not required to participate on this board. I was a paying member around 2006-2007 or so and I've bought and sold from hundreds of people in the club and I am sure more here know and trust me versus you if you'd like to take a poll.
