Taking best offers until Wednesday evening unless I get an offer sooner I feel is too good to pass up. I've been asked what I am hoping to get and I have said $800. I have one firm offer on the table with 5 others who said they will look things over and let me know. This is my last post on the issue but you are welcome to email me privately.
