Hi, can anyone ID these chips? Possible clue: they came with a bunch of chips including the BC "Biltmore Club Fenton, Mo chips. These came out of a basement of a gentleman
that was a "bartender" ( code for card dealer) at the Paddock Club and the Mounds Club in the east St. Louis area and run by local gangster Buster Wortman a known friend of Al Capone and Wortman's brother."
