Has anyone else, had lesser than satisfactory service from this company. Over the last year I have lost, the following services on my email page; Tool Bar is gone, Drag and drop images capability, no automatic draft folder for unfinished emails. These are only what I can think of right now.
On top of that I have tried to call them on two different customer care phone numbers, of which; it rang for about two minutes and then the call was dropped. If you have had some similar experiences please email me and or exchange phone numbers so I can figure out what to do next.
One possiblity is changing my service...but the way things are in today's business world, it may be an even more dangerous to change. In case, I do decide to change servers, can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced one?
