not, but thats just me.

If I see something I want and its listed for $50 but am only willing to pay $20 I probably dont make an offer.

I definately dont offer $5 or $10 like I have seen some offers come in.

But then again, thats just me.

I have however emailed people asking whats the lowest they will take for an item though.
