I was at a yard sale today up by the casino. Picked up a sealed box of decks of cards. Here you see I opened one of the decks. Date stamped inside this deck is 1989.

I have more decks still factory sealed. Nice think on these is that they are "NOT" canceled with the normal drilled hole. Brand new in the sealed box.
