I have a newer computer (Win 7) that is trying to update Windows every time I start it up. It gives the blue screen that says don't turn off your computer but that screen never goes away. I waited over 30 minutes one time. The only way I can get it to start is to start in safe mode and then it "reverts" back to the older version. For some reason the restore feature was turned off when I bought it so I can't restore to an earlier date. Any idea how I can either get it to reload the new update correctly or restore it to an earlier time?
